At SAPPHIRE AURORA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy to make the process as easy as possible. Please review the details below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, must be provided.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at info.sapphireaurora@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

  2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info.sapphireaurora@gmail.com

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order details, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take additional time before your refund is posted.

  3. Contact your bank for further details.
